Emergencies or unforeseen conditions
To prevent having to wait, or interrupting our schedules, please be sure to check in with the front desk immediately when you arrive. We also ask that you let us know of any samples you brought such as feces or urine that require testing.
Emergencies or unforeseen conditions may interrupt appointment times, but the delay will be no longer than necessary.
If you are visiting Elmvale Veterinary Hospital for the first time, we suggest you complete the New Client Form before your appointment.
